The new egg screwed up the preorder of Dark Souls Collectors Edition big time.

The problem is, now the CE is completely sold out everywhere, no way to get this at all. Only if they informed this earlier not THE DAY BEFORE THE RELEASE. Great job Namco and Newegg. Better to pickup the regular version with the same price minus the 20 bucks credit.
